1. The service

Caliber connects members with independent, US-licensed clinicians who may prescribe compounded GLP-1 protocols where clinically appropriate. Caliber itself does not practice medicine and does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions are made solely by the reviewing clinician.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a US resident in a state where the Service is available. Eligibility for any clinical protocol is determined by the reviewing clinician based on your assessment and medical history.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your account credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription, billing & cancellation

Caliber is a recurring monthly membership. Your card is charged after a clinician approves your protocol and on the same date each subsequent month. You may cancel at any time after any month. Cancellation stops future monthly renewals, but it does not automatically refund shipped, opened, or partially used medication.

5. Medication disclaimer

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Compounded drugs are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, quality, or efficacy. Caliber does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Individual results vary. Not all patients qualify.

6. Caliber Weight Loss Warranty

The Caliber Weight Loss Warranty is a promotional money-back warranty for eligible members who complete a full 12 consecutive months of Caliber-prescribed GLP-1 care and do not achieve clinically meaningful weight loss. For this Warranty, clinically meaningful weight loss means at least 5% reduction from the starting weight recorded at the beginning of the eligible program period.

To qualify, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Maintain an active Caliber membership in good standing for 12 full consecutive months.
• Use compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide only as prescribed by your clinician.
• Complete required refills, dose updates, check-ins, weight logs, and clinician-requested information.
• Avoid missed payments, unresolved chargebacks, refused shipments, or membership pauses during the period.
• Submit a warranty request within 30 days after the 12-month anniversary of your eligible program start.

If approved, the Warranty refund is limited to eligible program fees actually paid to Caliber during the first 12 months of the eligible program, less discounts, credits, chargebacks, taxes, third-party lab fees, insurance payments, and amounts not paid directly to Caliber. Medication does not need to be returned for a Warranty claim, and you should not return medication unless Caliber specifically instructs you to do so.

The Warranty does not apply if your clinician determines that treatment should stop for safety, pregnancy, contraindication, a new medical condition, medication interaction, non-adherence, or any other clinical reason. The Warranty is your sole remedy for this promotional offer and does not change the medical disclaimer above.

7. Intellectual property

The Caliber name, wordmark, design, and all content are owned by NEXPANSE CORP. and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercialize any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXPANSE CORP. disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Caliber in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
