What Caliber currently offers

The active patient-care services are Weight Management and Men's Sexual Health. No other service line, commercially manufactured GLP-1 medication, or non-prescription product is currently offered through Caliber.

Weight Management

Compounded semaglutide injection: semaglutide 5 mg/mL, glycine 5 mg/mL, and vitamin B12 1 mg/mL; patient-specific weekly subcutaneous doses from 0.25 mg through 2.4 mg when prescribed.

Compounded tirzepatide injection: tirzepatide 10 mg/mL, glycine 5 mg/mL, and vitamin B12 500 mcg/mL; patient-specific weekly subcutaneous doses from 2.5 mg through 15 mg when prescribed.

Men's Sexual Health

Olympus Peak is the only current medication. Each compounded buccal or sublingual tablet contains bremelanotide (PT-141) 1 mg, oxytocin 20 IU, and tadalafil 20 mg.

Olympus Peak Max, standalone tadalafil or sildenafil, testosterone, enclomiphene, and other Men's Health medications are not currently offered.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. A licensed clinician may decide that no medication or a different care path is appropriate; selecting an option does not establish medical need or guarantee a prescription.

If a medication is prescribed, fulfillment remains subject to the pharmacy's licensure, state-specific compounding rules, product availability, prescription validation, and patient location. Caliber does not manufacture or dispense medication.

Telemedicine technologies

Asynchronous review

Patients submit questionnaires, medical history, identity evidence, photographs, documents, records, and laboratory information for secure store-and-forward clinician review.

Secure messaging

The patient portal supports secure questions, follow-up, care coordination, and monitoring with the care team.

Live audio or video

A clinician may require live two-way audio or video when needed for safe care or required by applicable law.

Recorded video

A short recorded introduction may be required for identity verification in certain jurisdictions.

Identity verification

Information used to verify a patient

The identity workflow uses the patient-provided information and evidence below. Additional information may be requested when the submitted data cannot be verified.

Identifiers and contact details

Legal first and last name; date of birth; physical and delivery address, including city, state, and ZIP code; mobile telephone number; and email address. Email ownership is confirmed by a verification code or a verified Google sign-in.

Identity evidence

A clear image or PDF of the front of the patient's driver's license is required. When required for the patient's jurisdiction or care workflow, the patient also submits a short recorded introduction stating their full name, date of birth, state of residence, and that they are seeking care through Caliber.

Medical history, sex assigned at birth, symptoms, medications, and other clinical answers are collected for eligibility and clinician review; they do not replace the identity document.
